Aggron Ex Vs Wobbuffet

What's happen if Aggron Ex uses "Metal Surge" VS. an active Wobbuffet?

I'm right if Wobbuffet take no damage and every opponent's benched pokemon take 20 damage?
"Safeguard" pokebody not prevents damage and effects done to benched pokemon. Right?

Correct,the Wobbuffett does not take any damage and the benched poke`s will take the 20 damage.Ruling below.

A. Sorry, Wobbuffet's Safeguard only protects itself. The benched
Pokemon would be damaged by Aggron-EX. (Jan 8, 2004 PUI Rules Team)
