i think he means the cards where one side is bigger than the other, which the card was not meant to have. besides that i would like to know how much this would be as well since i have one.

What they mean is the card is off center. The border on one side is skinnier while on the opposite side is fatter. It would be like moving it a half inch to the right and then cutting it instead of cutting straight on.
That clear it up?

Oh. I didn't know there were square cuts of those.
Haven't seen one sold or traded, so I don't know.
As a wide range, somewhere between $10 and $40.

If we're talking "off-center", then probably not much more than a regular one, unless you get the right buyer.
