Hello price masters. Two years ago, I opened up a RS pack and got a blank card in it. I never did think to ask how much it was worth until it just dawned on me today. Here's some pics to better help guide you all to what I'm talking about...

Front of the Blank (http://img301.imageshack.us/img301/4144/blankfront8re.jpg) (still has the yellow boarders, but the rest is officially blank so it oculd have been anything...)
Back of the Blank (http://img146.imageshack.us/img146/7561/blankback8qb.jpg) (looks like any regular Pokemon card, but figured I'd take a pic of the back of it anyway.

Any estimates on the price it is worth would be much appreciated. I've been told that these blanks are pretty hard to come by.

I got a Holo Blank Card or a RV Holo blank card in HL i think.
It is due to the fact the card peeled brfore packaging or the whole thing never got on. I donno the proce I say $1 might be worth more to major error collectors. I donno

$1 would be a bargain.
As Drew says, closer to $25 or $30.But you have to find the right buyer

would you be able to play it in a deck?, if you can, it would be worth a lot more.

Sorry guys, I just don't think $30 sounds right. I know these things are pretty rare and definately worth significantly more than $30 IMO...

Not anymore. Most people now are players, not collectors. If you got one in Pokemon's golden age you could of easily gotten 100 bucks for it.

Most people now are players, not collectors..What?! Are you kidding me?! ROFL!!!!

I'm not sure what region you are from, but collecting has always been a HUGE deal here in Colorado and most of the west coast! Around 80% of my players in the state are collectors, which is proof enough for me that collecting is still as popular as it has always been since the TCG started in the states around '98/'99...

Perhaps I will put it on Ebay within the next day or two to see its potential value if anyone really cares...

well, unless you put a reserve on it, it won't be "potential value", it will be the value, whatever it is.
But note that if you do put a reserve, you will scare away most bidders and not sell it.
The other option is to just do a "buy it Now" at the price you think is right and see if anyone else agrees.

Coldfire64: I live in Colorado too!! It isn't that many ppl that r collecting!! They r all players especially in Colorado!!! Maybe in ur league but not @ Dale'z!!( cause most of the Colorado players r good!!)lol anyway I would say about $30 to $40 round that price!!
( I no who's going to buy it too a little kid who thinks that will instantly win the game!!) LOL

Chris,

The uniqueness (sp) of the card is huge, I wouldn't think that WotC or PUI would let many of this type of error get out the door. Someone in QC was asleep for that one. They may not be as rare as some of the other mess ups - pre Raichu - but certainly not that common either.

Price it for what you want, if it sells for that, then someone thought it was worth it. I personally think it would be kinda neat to have in a collection, but like you, I collect - as well as play (sometimes).

Chubby-

Just remember, Dwayne makes his business from players and collectors alike. I have bought, as have others, from him cards that I needed, either for decks or to fill in that hole in a set book. I also collect Japanese cards, which Dwayne happens to sell some of those as well.

Just because you and some of you friends don't collect, doesn't mean the whole state doesn't.
