View Full Version : Salt Lake City, UT Season Kick-Off

To all Utah players, we are going to be hosting Utah's first pokemon barbeque! There will be more information posted as time gets closer, but we want all players to have as much lead time as possible to clear their calendars. We will be holding a sanctioned tournament in conjunction to kick off the 2006-2007 Pokemon OP season. The barbeque and tournament will be held at Sugar House park and will be pot-luck style and the tournament will be free with prize support and lots of give-a-aways! The date is set for September 16th so everyone can plan ahead. Families are more than welcome to attend. We will have decks for parents and others to play with if they need, so come one come all!

Hey there : )

Actually there has been a date change. It has been moved one week back - to the 16th of September and will be at 3pm. We had to move the date since the only available time on the 9th would have been in the morning hours x_x

From what I hear there's a decent vote right now to burn the POP 1 Minun's and Plusle's (grins).

And thanks Eevee Lover. Andrea and I brainstormed this on our way back from Regionals : )

Hey I went to "End Zone" card shop and asked for simba, and the kid said "Who?"....And all thier pokemon stock was gone!!!

I went to trolley square.....Are there any card shops in SLC that sell single cards..?(ie: Char ex,Mew ex...ect..)

Grrrr i'd like to go but driving out there for just one day seems a bit pointless :( even if it means seeing UT again
