I have an error Base Set Diglett. The Fighting symbol for Dig is sideways. How much is one of these worth?

I had one of those. I sold it at my local card shop for about 6$, but that was 6-7 years ago :/

and right now people buy them for liek 20$ and ^^^

I would say it's worth $19 or less being that no one is buying that $20 one on ebay.

True, but if you sell it to a shop, you're getting the wholesale price.
They have to make money turning around and selling it again.
They can't give you what they're going to sell it for, not if they want to stay in business.
