DRE/metal energy questions

okay fellas... i have many DRE/metal energy -related questions

1) Exeggutor's Sprit Bomb. (metal)
If I were to attack a benched Salamence with 2 metals, do I place 1 damage counter or three?

2) Kingdra's Dragon Curse (metal)
Same reason as above.

3) Exeggutor's Sprit Bomb (DRE)
Do I do 20 dmg to the two pokemon because of DRE?

I don't know which Kingdra you're referring to, so I'll give a generic response. (If the answer below is not clear, feel free to re-submit the question...please include references.)

Metal Energy has a couple parts to it, that may not be clear:
1. It only affects DAMAGE. Not damage counters, just damage.
2. It only affects damage BY ATTACKS. It doesn't affect Poke-Bodies or Poke-Powers.

1. DRE reduces DAMAGE. Not damage counters, just damage.
2. DRE reduces damage EACH TIME that attack does damage. If the attack does 10 damage to all of your opponent's Pokemon, DRE drops it down to 0.
