Just like Ludicargo, except I use Swarmpert to replace ludi power and Grumpig for ludi attack.

3-1-3 Swampert (serach) http://www.pokebeach.com/sets/excg/027.jpg
3-3 Grumpig (beatdown) http://www.pokebeach.com/sets/excg/020.jpg
2-2 Margcargo (search)
4 Luvdisc (starter) http://www.pokebeach.com/sets/excg/007.jpg
21 Pokemon

4 TV Reporter/Steven
3 POR
4 BF
2 Holon Circle http://www.pokebeach.com/sets/excg/079.jpg
2 Windstorm http://www.pokebeach.com/sets/excg/085.jpg
4 Rare Candy
4 Celio's Network
2 Warp Point
2 Energy Root
27 Trainers

3 Scramble
3 DRE
2 Holon WP
4 Psychic
12 Energy

The difference of this deck with Ludicargo are:
1. Main attacker's type and weakness: Grumpig type and weaknesss is Psychic which is a big advantage or disadvantage when dealing with Mew ex. However, if Holon Circle comes into play, we can stop Mew from attack and then we counter with BF, we can attack and for sure it can KO Mew ex. Besides, Swarmpert type gains advantage on Manectric as well and maybe Shirtry when it becomes popular!

2. Starter: Usually, ludicargo starts with a pokemon and the it got sacrifised to activate scramble. That sacrifise one will usually be Plusle. I use Luvdisc instead. Now many deck will start with at least 2 poke, it will be equal power to Plusle Call For Family. What if they have more poke? We can have more poke as well, and it increases Grumpig's damage.

3. HP and Stage: Grumpig's 80HP and Swampert's 120HP. It is diffrent with Ludicolo 100HP. However, Grumpig is Stage 1, easier to get out, Swampert 120HP can survive longer.

4. Others: Lucicargo has healing power, but Grumpig can protect from Fire and Water (Ludicolo! and Delta Ludi, others). Swampert wipes out resistance. If you attach Psychic and WP to Cargo, you get free retreat Cargo where you are not going to do this is LudiCargo.

I think other cards is self explainatory.

Any suggestion? Feel free to compare it with Ludicargo.

EDITED: Add in Energy Root to provide more HP for Grumpig if your opponent does not play fire of water.
grumpig is 3-3 and magcargo is 2-2 now.
Remove Holon Trode

Honestly, it's not a bad idea, but I still would rather use Ludicolo instead. I mean, let's look at what your doing. We started with a stage 2 that could draw you a card and hit for every pokemon on the field minus itself. Now, you've split it up so that you have to setup a stage 2 and a stage 1 so that you can draw and use the same attack that hits for every pokemon on the field minus itself. I feel being psychic could be helpful, but this deck should be slower in setup compared to Ludicargo because Ludicargo only has to setup 1 stage 2 to accomplish the same thing you accomplish with a stage 1 and a stage 2. Add in that Ludi has another attack it can use while Grumpig does not. And add in that Swampert's attack isn't that good at all. I just don't see it working that well.

Props for trying something new though.

This really isn't a bad idea, I myself have thought about something like this. However, here's some suggestions for the deck.
Subtract:
One Slugma and Cargo
The Holon's pokes.
Add:
One Grumpig and Spoink
Two Steven's advice(Comes back in Furthest ends)
Now, here's my reasoning behind the fixes. You really wanna swarm with that Grumpig, and I don't think a 2-2 line will really give you that ability, and I say take out the Holon's pokes because I think they're only really that great in some type of energy attachment deck. I also believe you can get away with a 2-2 Cargo line with the Draw power and what not. Hope this helps, and GL.

I would still rather play Ludi instead of Swampert, because I would never expect to attack with Swampert, 60 for 3 isn't that exciting... plus Grumpig in Ludi is mainly to cover weakness/resistence

wow luvdisc looks very interesting.

i think you're trying to run too many different lines to achieve the same effect as ludicargo, lol.
