how do I register

I've been to a pre-release before and they gave me a POP number and all that but I never registered online. I want to play in some tournaments this year so how do I register. I lost the number and stuff so what do I do?

You have a couple options. if you still play at the place where you got the POP ID number, ask the TO what it was. They most likely have a record of it. If you haven't used it much, you can just get a new one at the next tournament you play in. Then you should go on-line and register for a My Pokemon account so you can start receiving Player Rewards.
