Holy cow what a great Prerelease! We had a great time with Halloween costumes, cookies, candy, a dancing/singing Frankenstein statue, the TV station Ch 23 came again, people brought their friends, their neighbors, their parents, and from all over, many driving over 3 hours to get here! We had lots of new faces and plenty of old friends reuniting! What a blast! Who said Pokemon is dying! lol

This was the best Halloween tournament we've ever had. About 20 people wore their Pokemon costumes. It was the FIRST time attendance at Salem ever beat Portland (the huge showing by the Corvallis League had something to do with that). We had over 50 raffle items given away, many from Worlds 2006. All in all, this was the best way I could ever imagine to start off the 2006/07 POP season.

Oakville Ontario had over 30, and 8 people at an after draft

Oshawa Ontario had only 12 people (including me, My son judged that one)

Barrie, Ontario yesterday had 35 people show up when we were expecting around 20. Fortunately we were able to accomodate them though. It was a blast. From that, we were able to talk to some people about opening a new league in London Ontario. They're going to look into doing that this week, and maybe even try to have a city championship there. Wow, I was psyched! no, not psycho - psyched!

Omg They had an afterdraft at Oakville??! They rannnn out of product so we assumed there wasn't gonna be any more drafts after lol
What did they draft from?
Yeah and bigger numbers all around the Ontario area it seems!

How far is London btw? Marvin said he was going to have a cities in Toronto too. Hopefully he can be convinced to have on in Missisauga again too. The more the better anyways.

Im psyched for Barrie Cities on the 18th now =D
