Mew ex lm The card from the 2006 promo deck is on ebay a few times one at $5. and one at $14.99. :nonono: Thats just wrong. How could someone with a 99% and 100% rating do this. Someone who has a current ebay account should let them know how wrong they are. Thank you.

They did this last year too... and the year before that... and every single time, we all go "what, how can they do that" like we're actually surprised.. =x

Someone is selling a Worlds Deck Mew ex for a price like a "real" Mew ex.

I would pay more than that for a Jason Klaczynski Mew ex.

I wouldn't pay anything for 1. I would pay at least $15 for the deck, cause it includes more than 1:smile:

The signature, while making it unplayable, increases it's value in my opinion! LET THE MARKET DECIDE!

-Mommy! I want a Mew-ex for Christmas!
-Okay, honey.
*Checks ebay*
*Buys cheapest one out there*
What's wrong with offering these non-playng 5-year-olds exactly what they want, but cheaper?

If it was Jason selling it with his real sig on it, I'd agree with you.
As it is, someone is just getting ripped.

To what extent is it a seller's responsibility to educate the consumer?

It's a matter of personal conscience.
Early in my sales career I'll admit to being technically honest with some customers while allowing them to make mistakes that hurt them but put more money in my pocket.
Over time I came to decide that the extra money wasn't worth losing my self respect.
Now, I always put the customer's benefit ahead of my own, even if it means less money to me.
I feel better about myself and coincidentally it makes me money in the long run because my clients trust me implicitly.

That Singaporean seller is making a fortune selling worthless Lugia exs for $29.99 each.

Also, that Singapore seller is not being completely honest.
While he identifies it as a Worlds deck Mew ex, he also calls it a "promo" when that is not true at all.

Your statement alone screams let the buyer beware when shopping pokemart.
