when dragonnite ex δ attack using deafen to a defending pokemon with holon energy WP and basic water energy..does the effect of deafen prevent?

Deafen works.
It's effect is on the Opponent, not on the Defending Pokemon.
This is different than how WotC used to rule on these kinds of things.
