"(C)(C) Sleep Talk(40)

Technically, you should have a Poke-Body that does this, not an attack. This falls under something called prohibited vehicles. Sleep stops attacks, thus an attack cannot allow you to attack while sleeping.

would look much better if Sleep was the poke-power and Sleep Talk stayed the way it is. it would look like this then

Snorlax
HP 90
Type- {C}

Poke-Power Sleep Once during your turn (before your attack), if Snorlax is your Active Pokemon, you may flip a coin. If heads, remove all damage counters from Snorlax. Snorlax is now Asleep. If tails, the Defending Pokemon is now asleep.

{C}{C} Sleep Talk- This attack can only be used if Snorlax is asleep. 40

Weakness Fighting
Resistance Psychic-30
Retreat Cost {C}

THe only thing I would change in snorlax is the retreat cost to 4, and in your Larvitar for Hidden Power I would either make it 20 damage or make it you need another enrgy.:)
