So it would end up being something like an Expert Belt for a RH Fighting Energy, which i just got a stack of 25 on ebay, so i'm going to have to pass...

espeon- they aren't that good, I've used them a bit, so I doubt you would want them, but I'll give your list a quick look
squirtle squad- there isn't a fire lightning Arceus level x and i would probably need a lot more than a single Arceus Level X Fire/Grass or Psychic/Lightning. And I'm already in talks with 2 people in front of you. I found Uxie Lv. X and that's about all I liked in your list.
