Your Energy count seems a little high, but dropping 4 Fire Energy for Gold Berries should fix that. That's my only fix.

uhhh... You need to have at least 1/3 of the deck fire energies for the Howl... You want to have good energy percentage...

I still think you could use some Gold Berries. Maybe drop one Bill and one Focus Band?

I see focus band as more of an ally. Mantine just rips through this deck, so I had to prepare myself (Hence the love metal energy and the 4 focus bands.)
Well, Gold berries are usable, but it's not woth the space. Plus, Since you can only attach one tool at a time, I'd feel more safe with a focus than a GB. There's alot of ways of OHKOing things, and gold berry can sometimes get in the way.

Dude, this is how a Cargo should look like these days...
4 Slugma (2 Destiny/1 Genesis/1 Skyridge)
3 Magcargo
3 Entei Lv.38
1 Entei Lv.24
1 Suicune Lv.25
1 Cleffa
20 Fire Energy
1 Metal Energy
1 Cyclone Energy
4 Professor Elm
4 Double Gust
4 Oracle
3 Mary
1 Bill
2 Copycat
2 Pokemon Trader
2 Focus Band
1 Gold Berry
1 Scoop Up
1 Town Volunteers
Cyclone Energy is super-tech vs. Non-Holo Dogs.
