Budew (http://pokegym.net/gallery/showimage.php?i=22569&c=140)
O: Errand Running:
Search your deck for a Trainer card, show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

Mawile (http://pokegym.net/gallery/showimage.php?i=11747&c=94)
C: Mining:
Search your deck for a Trainer card, show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand. If that card is a Pokemon Tool card, you may attach it to 1 of your Pokemon instead. Shuffle your deck afterward.

Ok, I have heard that Budew isnt able to grab any Supporters from the deck. Yet Mawile can. Is this true? And if so, why? Because if you notice above in Italics, that both cards have the exact text, and dont mention anything about not being able to get supporters.

This is similar to Celio's network (http://pokegym.net/gallery/showimage.php?i=21501&c=139) not being able to get a Lv X, then being errated so that it can get a Lv X. Thus effecting cards like Nidoqueen d (http://pokegym.net/gallery/showimage.php?i=18243&c=126) accordingly.

Now based on the Celio's Network errata, would other cards be errated in the same way (retro-actively)? IE Mawile being errated to conform to Budew not being able to get supporters or vice versa?

When a card says search for a Trainer, the definition of "Trainer" is determined by what "Trainer" meant when that card was released. Cards released before DP defined trainer as any trainer/supporter/stadium, so those cards can get any of those three, even ones from DP. A card from the DP set defines trainer as only a trainer, not a supporter or stadium, so those cards can not get supporters or stadiums, even from older sets when the card had the word "Trainer" printed on it. These rules are outlined in the DP FAQs and were developed to try and make the change to the new definition go as smooth as possible.

The story behind Celio's is different and has to do with the new definition of "Pokemon". Older cards that say "Basic Pokemon or Evolution card" are read as "Pokemon" which includes Lv.X. Celio's was not errated as you state. It was originally thought that the Japanese version of Celio's did not have the correct wording, so we ruled that it couldn't get a Lv.X, but further investigation proved that was not the case, so the ruling was reversed. It can get a Lv.X because it has the wording "Basic Pokemon or Evolution card". Nidoqueen d has the same wording, so it has always been able get a Lv.X. This definition of "Pokemon" is also in the DP FAQs.
