Well, I figured it was time I tried out another deck, so I decided to try my own take on a "classic". Due to the classic problem of a limited collection, I couldn't do a regular Gex. Here's what I came up with instead.
Pokémon (18):
4 Ralts (3 SS, 1 R/S #68)
3 Kirlia (2 R/S #34, 1 SS)
2 Gardevoir
2 Wynaut
3 Wobbuffet (SS)
2 Pichu (SS)
2 Mewtwo ex
Trainers (24):
4 Bill's Maintenance
3 Juggler
2 Professor Oak's Research
2 Switch
2 Warp Point
2 Rare Candy
1 Crystal Shard
4 Moo-Moo Milk
2 Master Ball
2 Fast Ball
Energy (18):
4 Boost Energy
11 Psychic Energy
3 Rainbow Energy (no Multis available :()
Strategy: Well, without Gardevoir ex available to me, I had to improvise. Hence, the Juggler + Pichu/Mewtwo ex combo. The deck works on pretty much the same premise as most Gardy decks -- get Gardy out ASAP, and get as much Energy into play as possible, as quickly as possible.

I think you need another RS Gardevoir if this is going to do anything at all. Also, get in another Wynaut, they are sooo crucial to this deck. Another shard wouldn't hurt at all either.
I know you have a limited card pool, but I do think Gardy ex is really needed to make this deck tourney viable. For fun though, this could do alright I think.

I've always grouped you into my Weird Trainer Engine group of those of you here on pokegym. This can be a good thing in that you're original, but it's basically saying that you need to work on trainer engines. XP
Seriously tho, the pokemon and trainers are a little bit shaky there. Let's fix her up:
Pokemon: Drop your Pichu: They are a very cool idea but not worth it. I tried it out with Multi, I ended up getting one or the other, but never both. Not worth it in short.
Mewtwo EX?? Major confusion attack coming... You have Wobbuffet, and I understand gardevoir decks, believe me, but Mewtwo EX is a huge no-no. Some people like to play it, but it's not worth it.
Here's what is worth it: 4 Wynaut, 2 Wobbuffet. Start with Wynaut, Alluring Smile for Wobbuffet, keep Alluring Smileing till your gonna be KOd and then evolve: no more damage and ready to flip over.
Gardy EX. Where is it. I've tried the deck without it, it does not work. Add two and drop a Kirlia, we need to focus more on Rare candy, because you NEED SPEED!
tECh in a Goose.
Energy: We're ditching the Multi, and you'll need more boost. Add DRE for an infinite Strength charm on Gardy EX.
Trainers: Let's pause at this time for another moment of confusion.

Bill's Maintenance?? Try 4 Reporter, you'll like it. Juggler? TV Reporter does the trick. 4 POR, right off the bat. 3 Rare Candy. 3 Potion, 2 Oran. 2 Shard. 2 Oracle. 2 Warp point. tECh Nurse and the standard Vounteers.
Simple Gardy deck list. Has not changed since ever.
New deck:
Pokemon: 18
4 Sandstorm Ralts
2 Kirlia (either Life Drain or Super Psy, they're both good)
3 Gardevoir
2 Gardevoir EX
4 Wynaut
2 Wobbuffet
1 Zangoose
Energy: 18
12 Psychic
4 Boost
2 DRE
Trainers: 24
4 TV Reporter
4 POR
3 Rare Candy
3 Potion
2 Oran Berry
2 Shard
2 Oracle
2 Warp Point
1 Town Volunteers
1 Pokemon Nurse
Standard Gardy list, like I said. Hasn't changed since SS, except that I use Reporter instead of *shudder* Maintenence *unshudder*. But like I said, you're in the weird trainers category.
I'm just messing with you here. However, the format right now is BARmon. It's the deck to beat, and you'd better have some luck and a huge amount of skill to beat it with Gardy.
In the upcoming set, two pokemon are brouth forth that REALLY catch the eye:
Milotic and Electrode. Both could work in Gardy decks. Try 'em out. They make it a competitor again the the one hit KO format.
Keep on working,
Wooper

Suffice it to say, SuperWooper, that with the exception of Zangoose and possibly DRE, pretty much all of the suggestions you just gave me are things I'd love to try, but can't do. As I mentioned in the top post, my collection's pretty limited. It's annoying, but I have to work with what I have until I can get better things.

DRE helps because you can attach it to a benched pokemon and Gardy EX isn't penalized, but does 10 more damage than attaching a regular Psychic energy. And it's permenant: doesn't go away like boost does.
Zangoose, I like it in decks like Stoise EX, Energy Trans, Gardy. They all move/attach those three energy quickly so Zangoose can do some major damage. Works as a cleaner against almost anything.
Are you old enough for a job? Heck, I'm only 13 and I get 5 bucks an hour. One word: BABYSITTING. After a while I've saved up enough money to pwn ebay for the next week. XP
Try going to card selling sites. You can get commons like the ones I mentioned for about 50 cents, with the exception of Oracle. Four dollars each at pokecorner.com, and they're always sold out everywhere else.
If you want EXon cards, go to pokemoncards.com - it's the best site for EXon cards in existance. They ship quickly, and have great prices.
No tearing a whole in your wallet no gain. :p
