Well for lanturn I would take off leftovers and put on chesto berry cause of rest.;)

Latios is good
Lanturn - go with Chesto if you keep rest, or replace rest with Thunder Wave. Parafusion rocks.
Glalie - that works, but I dunno if its the best. I like Block, Toxic, Ice Beam, Hail/Earthquake

pretty standard for all, except that you might want to go chesto for lanturn, or simply go parafusion. i'd recommend parafusion though, since lanturn has tons of HP anyways... Glalie's nice, but why have both crunch and shadow ball? i'd say replace shadow ball with toxic to go with protect, or earthquake.
