Anyone Coming to Origins on Wednesday?

I know that everything officially starts on Thursday but Origins is going to be open on Wednesday the 4th. We (me, hubby, my pichu bros) are planning on going down on Wednesday and getting our badges, etc. Be one of the first to check out the vendor area, I hope. Any other Pokémon players planning on attending on Wednesday?

I am not 100% certain of this, but I don't think you can get into the exhibition or tcg hall on Wednesday without a GM or Exhibitor badge.

You are right, the exhibition hall will not be open on Wednesday. The Origins website states that registration and gaming will be running though so we are going to get our badges and check out what is available.
Origins is a 24 hour game convention with Registration opening at 7 a.m. on the Wednesday 4th (yes, the 4th) and games starting at 8 a.m. on the 4th, running 'till 8 p.m. on the 8th. Registration is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday - Saturday (and 'till 4 p.m. on Sunday) and though game-playing is 24 hours a day, games tend to be between 8 a.m. and Midnight. The Exhibit Hall is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday - Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

I have a job and I will be there on thursday! I am debating on coming down Wednesday (1 hr drive for me) so me and the family can pick up our badges and stuff.

Good event Wednesday night - Rogue Judges Opening Night Bash. Rogue Judges runs events and they're pretty cool. They run some great events. It goes from 6:00PM - Midnight.

The big Columbus fireworks (Red, White, and Boom) are on Tuesday but I know some of the 'burbs are going to have fireworks on the 4th if you are in town and need more excitement.

OK, everyone from Pokegym that is there on Wednesday needs to say 'hi.' I'll wear a Pokemon tatoo or something. Maybe last years Nats t-shirt.

I will be there early Wensday. However, I maybe helping out a Dealer on Wensday since I am getting their so early and I offered and they said it was a possibility since I was arriving so early. So that is kinda cool. Otherwise I will be just either hanging out or trading JPN Items most likely near the "TCG Hall" which will most likely be closed til Thursday Morning like usual.
