Would you actually trade figures as the title "trading figure game" implies?

Personally, I would not because of the vulnerable nature.

Because you might not notice damage until you left. I'm not highly knowledgeable about the figures, which is why I started the thread.

I also wondered what advantage is to be gained by trading?

The same advantage there is to be gained in trading the cards...
You get figures you don't have.

Umm, before you trade, you should thoroughly examine the piece that you are trading for. I do that whenever I am trading for a valuable card like Wailord/Charizard/Lugia EX, or most other trades.

Believe me, when u get the booster packs, i will quickly become trading.

Ah thank-you. Does anyone know how prone to damage they are? It doesn't like they fit in sleeves like cards do for protection.

You sue protective cases like they do for warhammer etc.
I plan on use in a lunch box deveided in to places to but them with soemthing like cardboard.lol

I got 36 2-figure boosters of the EU release and 2 of the 72 figures were broken out of the pack...a Tauros which didn't seem to be glued properly and a Ho-Oh which was broken at the base (on a skinny peg).

When mailing them, i wrap them in some cotton balls and put them in a large team bag for trading cards to prevent scratching and such. I've shipped out about 30-40 figures so far and nobody told me that they came broken.
