A while ago, Ryan Vergel posted a link to a section of the Japanese site with challenging puzzles involving winnable but hard to figure out game scenarios.
Well, I was browsing the Japanese site, looking for DP3/DP4 stuff, when I found this:
http://www.pokemon-card.com/enjoy/challenge/
They still have the puzzle things, using DP3 cards now.
I think I figured out the current one (#29) - unfortunately, you have to be registered to check the answer.

Hmm.. it's too bad the PokeGym doesn't have a spoiler tag function so I could post what I think the answer is.

EDIT: Nevermind, my way doesn't work. These are really engineered well, there's multiple ways that ALMOST work but don't.

moza - just use the spoilers bangiras posted in the feature article forum.

Anyways, the dropdown at the bottom leads to previous puzzles - the oldest of which were the ones that ryan posted a while ago.
It looks like they do one puzzle per set. The DP1 puzzle was INSANELY easy, and the DP2 one was pretty easy, too.

I had a thought while doing these, maybe some members of PokeGym should get together and design weekly puzzles like this (preferably of this difficulty, but maybe they could do one hard one and one relatively easy one (for newer players) each week) for the 'gym.
Thoughts?

Thoughts?

If you post a good puzzle, it will get published.

I don't know exactly what I have to do/what my opponent will do in situations, so I can't finish them :p

Moza -

All the puzzles are the same: It's your turn, and you just drew the last card out of your deck. You have to win in a single turn. In the puzzles in which it applies, there are no energy cards currently in your discard pile.

Do you only have 1 prize left? or what?

I think I might have it.

Switch the Growlithe to the bench. Evolve to RK9, move all Energy over to RK9 and bring him up. Retreat discarding 2 Multis. Level up to Palkia lvX. Use Reconstruction to double switch. Attach Water to Arcanine. There should be 4 energy on RK9 now, RWW(Multi). Attack for the game.

Did that work?

pichu bros - the dropdown box at the bottom of the page, puzzles 28 and 27.
moza - correct...
bullados - Yes, it did.

*SPOILERS*

Bulldos' doesn't work because you can't move the multis from the palkia. You have to switch to palkia, lv it up, retreat to grow, discarding a water and a multi, use his power to bring grow to the bench, then evo into cane9, use his power to get the multi, then attach a water and win.

papi, if you think you have the answer, please do what bullados did.
Also, Palkia Lv.X's retreat cost is 3, so your idea doesn't work.
And why can't you move the multi from the palkia?

I don't know how to do what bulldos did, some with info if you want me pm please. And both the mutli become colorless, so you can't move then with cane9's power (unless it can move all types of energy, which would make this puzzle too easy).

It can move all types of energy...
Bullados has the correct solution.
