The idea is to use the LvX's power with Ambipom's attack for 80 and no cards in oppenents hand.Umbreon* for the extra discard + Super Scoop Up and Mantine for free retreat.Chingling and Mantyke for starters.

The deck looks OK...

But could you please go into further depth of why you chose such an obscure name for the deck?

I really don't see the need for only 2 Chingling. I don't like Scramble. Play DRE FTW.

Chingling is a good starter and good scramble foder.Scramble for Empoleon's attack
