A worlds promo.
To me its just a worlds promo really.
Potions better play it for Tails and it may work It could be usfull in a deck that removes special conditions fast or cant be effected by them[Sidneys Stadium,safeguard etc.]

Actually this would work very well with something like Darkrai, or perhaps Misdrevious from LM (assuming of course you can get out of it with switch/wp).

Eh, Tropical Wind is a nice Promo to have as a collector's sort of thing, but not very playable. It has the same effect as Potion if you flip Heads, and it puts you to sleep if you flip Tails. Overall, not a very good trade off considering you could go with Potion or something.

Modified - 1/10 (Play Potion here if you really need to heal some damage)
Limited - X/10 (Doesn't exist for Limited seeing as how it's a promo)
Unlimited - 1/10 (No need to play this here seeing how you have Gold Berry, Potion, and Life Herb if you need healing)

They should have given out this promo also without the Worlds stamp (also the ones or 2005-2006)
It's not nice for collectors to do it this way. Hard to complete a collection.

Snorlax delta.

This card is... miserably worse than potion. Doesn't work on Bench, and half of the time it puts you to sleep instead. It doesn't work well with Snorlax δ because Snorlax can remove 2 damage counters and put itself to sleep with its power anyways. Works well with Snorlax RG because you then get to do 60 instead of 30, and it is now Boostable with Munchlax.

Modified: 1/10 Potion is better
Unlimited: 1/10 Only combos with Snorlax, and nobody uses it
Limited: /10 You can't pull it in a pack
Collectors: 1/10, or 10/10 if it's a Worlds collection Tropical Wind

I give this card a 0/10, I don't think it's playable in any format.
