This card is really useful in T2 decks since it can strongly get an evolution pokemon faster than anything since its not a supporter so yeh for modified is 10/10 if is a T2 deck otherwise its 8/10.
unlimited is lower...let's say 6/10.

I like it for turn 2 decks but the randomness and your opponent getting to see your deck is not the greatest IMO.

Quick Ball is basically good old Fast Ball with the added effect of grabing Basics as well as Evolutions. Personally, I find it a bit annoying compared to Fast Ball as there are an infinate number of other ways you can get a Basic. It shines in Turn 2 Decks like Kricketune where you're running limited Basics anyways, so providing you can draw out your Basics, Quick Ball searches for the much needed Evolutions only.

Modified - 8/10 (Good for Turn 2 decks and other fast ones, but a bit more inconsistent in your regular deck, which can have multiple Evolution and Basic lines in it)
Limited - 10/10 (Who cares what you get here, it's free searching for a Pokemon, and you might even get lucky and pull that needed Basic or Evolution card)
Unlimited - 1/10 (Fast Ball is here, which I like more. Besides, who runs either of these much in Unlimited decks anyways?)

T2 = Turn 2
X/10 = Rating
Unlimited = Format where all cards are leagl
Limited = Prerelease, Sealed event, etc.
Modified = The current modified format.

Anyways, this card is pretty good, and, as others have stated, a must in T2 decks.

Limited: 10/10, It's a trainer, Horray!
Modified: 9/10
Unlimited: 5/10, not as good with Fast Ball in this format.

This by far is one of the best seach cards in the game. Since that card is not a supporter, only downside of it is you have to rely on a certain pokemon to get and if you didnt get the pokemon you wanted, then its basically wasting your card. Very good in Turn 2 decks when you want to get things rolling.

Modified- There are better search cards when your playing with a variety of different pokemon. Cards like great ball,celios,mentor,PETM,Hannahs Resarch. Although its a great card in Turn 2 decks like i said above. 7/10

Limited- Great card since there arent too many search cards in the format. Although hannahs research outclasses it. 8/10

Unlimited- Computer search, and other cards out class Quick Ball. 2/10
