Sealed Tourney question

Ok, I really dont know if this is the right forum to talk about this, so move it if necessary...

Anyways, I have a question about sealed play. It is a little stupid, but im only asking cuz I've never been in a sealed play tourney before. Do the tournament oraganizers provide energies for sealed play tournaments, or do you have to bring your own energies?

TO provide Basic energy cards for Sealed play. You do not bring anything except damage counters and randomizers.

Randomizers mean Coins or Dies that you can used them to flip for Head or tail.

Just bring yourself, damamge counters, and a coin or die as a randomizer.

HOWEVER! It is considered polite ot bring your energies if the tournament organizers do not have enough for the tournament or else they MIGHT (keyword is might) have you sign out the energies and if you don't return them, no goodies.
