Uh i dont know if i can just make up Pokemon on my own, but here's a card that i wanted ppl to see.(I'm asking you if i can make cards of pokemon i made up or do they have to exist)

Arcanine ex 120 HP (R)

Pokebody Burning Fur
All damage done to Arcanine ex that didn't apply weakness
and resistance is doubled. Flip a coin after that attack. If heads,
Remove 2 damage counters from Arcanine ex. If tails, put 2
damage counters on the defending Pokemon.

(R)(R)(R)(C) Fireballs 10+
Do 10 damage plus 20 more damage for every damage
counters on the defending Pokemon. Arcanine's retreat cost
is reduced by 2 (C) energies next turn.

Nothing says you can't make cards for your own made-up Pokemon, but they're not made often because nobody but the maker has heard of that Pokemon before. Still, it's been done.

As far as this card goes, it's confusing, but it looks like fun. Not sure if it's really powerful enough to be an EX -- the Power's nice, but the attack's weak -- but it is a good card.

Okay then its not an EX. Well, the Pokebody helps with the attack. And how come my avatar doesnt show up?
