Baby to a Stage 1???

Can you rare candy from a baby pokemon to a Stage 1 pokemon??? Example: Igglybuff to Wigglytuff??Considering that Igglybuff is a basic!!!:thumb:

Nope. Baby Pokemon have a special method of evolution and so can't take advantage of Rare Candy.
Jigglypuff does not say "evolves from Igglybuff" on it.
