It's not a bad choice, get Palkia in the active spot and you have a gust of wind.

Then they bring out ur claydol.

U can run switch for all the lv.x's you are running.

That's my idea.

And 2-2 Zone is overkill. Run 3-1.

Yeah, Palkia LV X in Magnevire is one of the more broken combos in the game right now.

I mean, it's basically a Switch and a Gust of Wind at the same time.

You want to kill your opponent's Claydol? Restructure, bring Claydol up, move metal energy to whatever your opponent grabs and retreat for Magnezone to attack.

Is your Magnezone gravely wounded and paralyzed? Restructure and retreat whatever you opponent grabs with Magnezone's pokebody/power. Palkia LV X gives Magnevire, a deck with virtually no way to hit the bench, a way to hit the bench for lethal damage EVERY TURN.

If Magnevire performs well at battle roads, I am convinced that it will be because of this card.

About the build: I'm not so sure about the energy pickup. I think it would make more sense to just run another night maintenance.

Maybe find a way to fit in some TM-TS1?

Your vire line could use a Lv.x. EVERY good Magnevire should have it, as its sooooo good against anything that likes to run a lot of tools or stadiums. :)
