If this is the wrong forum to ask this, please let me know.

I have a friend who told me something shocking last night. She told me the last thing any player would ever want to do is email POP with any issues that arose in a premier event. She said anyone emailing POP normally receive a "not-so-nice" email from them. She said she was told take any issues to the representative for your state. Is this true? I always thought if you had any issue with the officiating at a premier event that you should contact POP and voice what you witnessed, after you went through all other channels (going to the head judge and TO).

For example and I am not going to go into details, I had several people come up to me about a ruling the HJ/TO made at a local BR tournament, as well as several other rulings the floor judge made. The ruling was completely contradictory to all the official rulings here for how this PokePower is used. I told the people who came to me since the ruling was made by the HJ/TO, then they have to accept it during the tournament, but then to email POP after the tournament was over about the entire situation. When I mentioned to another friend about this, she said never email POP and pretty much told me what I said in the paragraph above. Please tell me the proper course of action if this ever happens again, so I can tell people the correct course of action to be taken if they feel their matches were judged unfairly or inaccurately.

Thank you.

Stickied at the top of the Tournament forum, you will find this: http://pokegym.net/forums/view.php?pg=reportaproblem

Yes, the best way to report a problem is to contact POP.
There are no people "in charge of your state".
