== LINK LIGHTNING (Raichu Lv.X - DP:Stormfront)

Q. What happens if Raichu Lv.X uses its "Link Lightning" Poke-BODY and the first attack it does knocks out a Pokemon with a recoil effect that makes Raichu paralyzed (or poisoned, asleep, etc.)? Does Raichu get to use its second attack, or is "Link Lightning" shut off because of the Special Condition?
A. If Raichu Lv.X is affected by a Special Condition as a result of its first attack, Link Lightning would shut off and you could not use a second attack. (Dec 11, 2008 PUI Rules Team)

Q. If Raichu Lv.X uses its "Link Lightning" Poke-BODY plus its "Voltage Shoot" attack to knock out Gengar, if Gengar successfully flips Heads for its "Fainting Spell Poke-POWER does Raichu Lv.X get KO'd before or after doing the second attack for "Link Lightning"?
A. The Fainting Spell Poke-POWER has to be resolved before the second attack can begin, so the second attack would be lost since it has to be an attack from the Raichu Lv.X that was KO'd. (Dec 11, 2008 PUI Rules Team)

POKEMON ATTACKS

== DESTINY BOND (Froslass - DP:Legends Awakened)

Q. If my opponent used Froslass' "Destiny Bond" attack, then on my turn I use Starmie's "Star Boomerang" to Knock Out Froslass, would I get to put Starmie into my hand before the "Destiny Bond" effect can knock it out?
A. If you put Starmie back into your hand with Star Boomerang, the attack completes first and Destiny Bond cannot return the knockout. (Dec 11, 2008 PUI Rules Team)

== STAR BOOMERANG (Starmie - DP:Legends Awakened)

== MULTI ENERGY (DP:Mysterious Treasures; EX:Power Keepers; EX:Holon Phantoms; others)

Q. If I have an attack that says to discard a Fire Energy and a Water Energy, may I discard a single Rainbow Energy card or Multi Energy card to satisfy that requirement?
A. No, even though Rainbow and Multi provide all energy types simultaneously, they only provide one unit of energy. You can discard it for either the Fire or the Water, but you would still need to discard at least one additional card of the required type. (Dec 11, 2008 PUI Rules Team)

== RAINBOW ENERGY (EX:Legend Maker; EX:RubySapphire; Aquapolis; others)

== LEVELING UP

Q. If I use a "once per turn" Poke-POWER and then level up, can I use that Poke-POWER again on the same turn?
A. No, you cannot. The Lv.X is still considered the same Pokemon as it was before leveling up. (Dec 11, 2008 PUI Rules Team)
