All say Regigigas its so good why Kingdra/gengar/Dusknoir win so much?

Because htey are all good and they all have numbers. Gigas was thought of a horrible card in the first weekend or 2 so that lowered it's numbers and it's now an archetype now probaly. This format was different than last. There is no dominate deck, no BDIF. It's really what is played in numbers and is good wins that much.
