Hello.
My question is:
If my opponent has a active evoluted pkmn and I use the power of regice, I can discard the two cards of my hand, or the power is turn off and I canīt discards the cars of my hands?? (I know that the power doesnīt change the opponent active pkmn because his is a evoluted one. my question is abour the discarding process of the power).
Please answer me, because I run a regigigas deck and discarding energys with regice helps a lot with sacrifice pokepower.
