Hello, this is my first time making a card, so please give me any feedback that could help!

Poliwrath Lv. X
150 HP :water:

:ppower:

Energy Restore

When you play Poliwrath Lv. X from your hand to evolve one of your Pokemon, you may search your discard pile for up to two :water: and attack them to Poliwrath Lv. X

Ancient Wave :water::water::colorless:colorless

30 damage.

Flip a coin. If heads, Poliwrath Lv. X does any attack from its previous levels (regardless of energy costs) (not applying weakness and resistances)

Wet Tide :water::water::water::water:

70 damage

Does 10 damage to each of your opponent's benched pokemon

I think ancient wave shouldn't d oany damage since it could already do a different attack than the one it's using that at that time

ancient wave could do damage, but switch the energy costs of the two attacks.

Just a note, the Poké-Body needs a name, and should be a Power.

Thank you everyone...

I was wondering about Wet Tide since it does an average of maybe 70 damage but could easily do 90 so I didn't want to make it four energies.

Here's just about the best advice one could have when creating cards:
Compare your card to cards already made in the current format.

For example, on Wet Tide, it is comparable to Marshtomp GE's [F][C][C] Muddy Bomb:
Choose 1 of your opponent's Pokemon. This attack does 30 damage to that Pokemon and 10 damage to each of your opponent's other Pokemon. (Don't apply Weakness and resistance for Benched Pokemon.)

So, for 3 Energy, 30 with 10 spread, BUT the 30 is a snipe, and this is a Stage 1, as opposed to a Stage 2 LV.X. I think you could change the Energy cost to [W][W][C], and possibly even do 60 damage instead of 50. Bench spreading isn't considered as powerful as if all of the damage were piled on to one Pokémon.
