I see they are 2 Invites for the Worlds.
1 with Fly and one Invite is that right?

Portugal has functioning OP. But I haven't seen any obvious evidence of OP in Spain.

edit I found something when looking for Iberia: http://www.devir.es/empresa/contactar/index.htm there is a phone number for general OP. Also a Pokemon minisite but it looks like the last time it was updated for league and tournaments was back when Wizards organised Pokemon OP. http://www.devir.es/j_org/ligas/pokemon/inicio/index.htm
