My brother finished 1st in 10- bringing back a box.

For the EX question out of 56 packs (roughly a box and a half) we pulled

1 Aerodayctl EX
1 Wailord EX
1 Aggron EX
along with 7 STEELIX(terrible card) and numerous non holo shiftrys.
The deck is completetly Water based those of you attending WATER is the type to go for Omastar/Azumarril are both pretty decent along with Wailord and Wailmer Wailimer are commons. I played a Sandslash/Azumarril/Lotad Line thing. My brother played a Nuzleaf/Seviper deck that worked great.

I cant post scans but i can post spoilers to certain cards. So far for me i believe Craydily is the best card in the set along with the 200HP Wailord EX but other cards are fairly good. There is a card that is a better fan club letting you get 3 basic(but no babies) from your deck and put them IN YOUR HAND. BROKEN.

I personally dont know what cards where not in the japanese adv. 2.
There are no fossil/past reprints in the set, i really have no idea where the other cards came from, give me a while to research and i may be able to find something. Mysterious fossil was the only reprint i saw in the set.

The cards are not from the vending machine sets. I believe that these may have been part of the wizards set that was never released but until nintendo says something we wont know.

I actually like Shiftry for its power. It doesn't have to be active so the power is accumlative. I like Mawhile alittle for it's second attack. I like Armaldo for its power and attack but other than that, nothing any powerful. I hope the other rares are better. I am expecting alot from arcanine, espeon, umbreon and shiftry.

edit: forgot to add, I think cradily is the best card in the set.

Pokemon Zeo now has most of the set up. They have all the rares except Multi Energy & the Ex's. Of the latest updates, Arcanine & Espeon look pretty good. The Steelix isn't the conventional Steelix but could be played in a Scizor-less RS-on. The Espeon does rival the Discovery one. Anyone know what Kabutops ex & Aerodactyl ex do? The two ex's not in adv2.

Are they from Japan, or from Nintendo??? The illustrator names seem to be familiar (can't quite make them out from the scans) and consistent with all the other cards of Japanese origin.

Set is average really, nothing exciting other than a FEW awesome cards. Think neo discovery.

My opinion of Sandstorm is full of high HP and big attacker.

Flareon can do 70 damage by only discarding 1 Fire.
Omanyta and Kabuto has 70HP and bring you full bench from a colorless attack.

A lot of Basic and Stage 1 pokemon can do 40 or more damage.

I think it is too powerful.

Since EX pokemon are now the same rarity that would mean you would have had to get 21 rare holos out of a 36 pack box. I imagine you just used the deck list that were given out at the pre-release for your list. If you do have the complete set, it isn't all from that one box you won.

He was short 5 holos. Between all the product that was flowing, it's not impossible with trading, to pull all of it. Blondie is 8 cards short out of 2 tournaments (56 packs).

You might also want to remember that he could of gotten more packs from the TO's after the event. They were allowed to sell extra packs after that event for that day only, other wise we have to wait till the release date to sell anything off. :p
