FLAME BLAST Does 20 damage times the number of :fire: energy attached to Magmortar...
My question is is it the amount of :fire: energy attached to him at all times or just the amaount i attach before the attack not sure if i'm making sence like if i have 10 :fire: on him would that make him 200 damage to defending pokemon?
