hello, i need help naming these cards i have, well the sets they are in. the first one up is like a temple or a road or something on the bottom right of the picture, and it's on an Unown D. The next one is something that looks like an award medal in the bottom right of the picture. Next one is a 3D star that is white, it is on a super rod trainer card. Next is an Unown L and it has a sideways star that is half white, half black in the bottom right of the picture. Next is a Quagsire that looks like clay, the icon is a white crown type thing in the bottom right of the picture. Next is a 2nd edition card, but i was wondering if there is a certain name for that set. Last is a regular card that has no icon, i need to know the name for the set. It's part of the first ever set of pokemon cards

Look at the bottom of the first post in this thread:
http://pokegym.net/forums/showthread.php?t=41415&highlight=modified+legal+list
Or see this PDF found on the go-pokemon.com site:
http://www.go-pokemon.com/op/tournaments/docs/2008-2009/2008_2009_modified_legal_reprints.pdf
But this one doesn't give you the symbols for the sets that are currently fully legal.
These lists will also help you determine if any of your older cards would still be tournament legal.
And if you haven't been there yet--the "Rules and Resources" page, found at go-pokemon.com is a treasure trove of useful info.

p.s. You can find the symbols right in the Researching Tower as well. Just click on a set list. Click on any card on that list. Look at the lower right to see the symbol for that set.
This should tell you all about the sets.
