Hello everyone! This is Prime again, with a new installation of my blog.

I recently got a PM from someone who I will call anonymous, who wanted to know how I made the shiny border around my avatar, the one that looks awfully like the border on an lv.X or EX Pokémon card. I explained in short how I did it through a PM, but I wondered later on if it might be a good idea to deconstruct my avatar and maybe explain to everyone how I made it. Hey! Welcome back, to my article on How to Make My Avatar.

If you've been following along, we have created our rounded rectangle, created a purple background, and a border around it. Then, we added our Pokemon into the image and masked out the areas we didn't want to show, as it make it look like it was sticking out of the frame.

Now we want to add some background art, our foil border, and some bells & whistles and we will be done!
