POP PIN doesn't work...

Hi, i was at a prerelease tournament today and got Player ID and PIN but my PIN doesn't work! Tried alot of combinations but nothing works! Is it because it contains a 'Ø'?

That's a number. Try typing it in as the number Zero, rather than that character.
