Garchomp C Lv. X is by far the best card in the format. It's a crucial part of three great decks right now.

The basic energy card is the BCIF, Hand down, without it no deck would function.

Except for Gyarados

And Yanmega Prime

And Colourless decks that can use DCE/Upper/Warp/Cyclone instead

If there was no energy that would be the only thing to make yanmega good.

regular garchomp C, without that, you can't use the level X.

1. Cyrus's Conspiracy (without it we would have no basic enegry search)
2. Uxie
3. Garchomp CX
4. Energy Gain (broken)
5. Double Colorless Energy (speeds up almost every deck)

Basiclly summarizing what has already been said

Definitely Potion. It has provided consistent support that's versatile enough to fit in any deck since 1999...

So has basic energy

No, I think I would say Cyrus Conspiracy. Sure, Garchomp C Lv X is crucial in SP decks, but I think Cyrus is even more important.

Cyruc' isn't that good. It only serve SP decks mainly. I know that's nearly 50% of everyone's meta right now, but it's not in all of the countless evolution decks.

So, MY ratings:
1- Uxie
2 GCX
3 Collector
4 DCE
5 Poke Turn

lol isn't that the same with Garchomp C Lv.X which you put on your list? Doesn't make sence.
