Arkansas State Championships 2012

Here's the info for Arkansas' States:

When: Saturday, March 17th
Where: Clarion on the Lake (Lakeview Ballroom)
4813 Central Avenue
Hot Springs, AR 71913
Registration Start Time: 8am
Round 1 Start Time: 10am; be in line by 9:45am to avoid receiving a R1 loss for tardiness!!
Format: Modified-Constructed
Entry Fee: FREE!!
K-Value: 32
Max Top Cut: 16

This is an all-ages event and all skill levels are welcome!! All participants will need a Deck Registration Sheet that can be filled out online using SteveP's Decklist Generator or you can fill it out at home on blank/notebook paper. We will have blank decklists for you to fill out on the day of.

TO PREREGISTER send an email to organizedplay.in.ar@gmail.com letting me know you plan on attending. I will need your First & Last Name, Birthdate & Player ID (if you have one). Otherwise, you will not be entered into the Preregistrant giveaways!!

**PRIZES (per Age Division)**
1st Place - 1st Place Prize Item, 10 Champ Points 36 boosters from the current Pokemon TCG sets, 1st Round Bye @ US Nats, $300 Travel Award to Nats, Poke Ball Cap

2nd Place - 2nd Place Prize Item, 8 Champ Points, 36 boosters from the current Pokemon TCG sets, Poke Ball Cap

3rd & 4th Places - 3rd/4th Place Item, 6 Champ Points, 18 boosters, Poke Ball Cap

5th-8th Places - 9 boosters, 5 Champ Points

9th-12th Places - 4 Champ Points (if attendance in Division is 32+)

13th-16th Places - 3 Champ Points (if attendance in Division is 64+)

17th-32nd Places - 2 Champ Points (if attendance in Division is 64+)

33rd-64th Places - 1 Champ Point (if attendance in Division is 128+)

Added information about the art contest and the donation drive for AR Children's Hospital!! :D

Updated some info^. For the art contest, you can have multiple entries and they can be any format (digital artwork that's printed off, figures, drawing, etc.) but it MUST be Pokémon-related artwork and it must be your own. (not traced, etc.) Artwork based off official images (like the cards, anime, etc.) are OK, too. Furthermore, the artwork must be decent and appropriate. :P The artwork will be voted on by the competitors and prizes will be awarded to the Top 3.

For the donation drive, we are looking for Pokemon-related items, mostly cards but T-Shirts, toys, figures, etc. will be accepted, too. The items will be taken to Children's Hospital later on this month!! Everyone that donates something will be entered in to a special giveaway.

So i signed up for my play pokemon thing online on pokemon.com so do I just print out a card thing and fill it out and i am good to go?

Just a few more days!! We'll be doing Preregistration until 11:59pm on Friday night. Preregistering means that you get more entries into our door prize giveaways. You can also earn more entries by using SteveP's decklist generator.
