Mew Prime + Jumpluff + Prism?

Could I attach a prism energy to mew prime, use Send Off to put jumpluff into the lost zone, and then next turn attack with Jumpluff's Mass Attack? Or would I not be able to do this because Jumpluff is a not a basic (therefore making prism energy count as a colorless energy)?

The reason I ask is because at the most recent states I saw people using rainbow energies with this combo, but I was not sure why they would risk the 10 damage inflicted by rainbow energy when they could just use a prism...

They could have used a Prism energy with no problem.
