Question about Lightness Berry

Lightness Berry (Pokemon Tool)
The retreat cost for the Pokemon that Lightness Berry is attached to is always 0. This card can't be attached to a Pokemon that already has a tool attached to it. This card can't be attached to Pokemon ex, Dark Pokemon, or Pokemon with an owner it its name. If this card becomes attached to one of those Pokemon, discard it.

When it says "Dark Pokemon" does that mean D Type pokemon or pokemon with Dark in their names.

Aren't all legal Dark "insert pokemon name here" darkness type anyway?

Wouldn't it have to say "Darkness Type Pokemon" in order for it to count for them. I think it means Pokemon with Dark in their names.

Ok, how i see that, um, to me, that would be dark pokemon, as in the name of it, like "dark_______" not the type, so say the old sneasel(ruby saphire) it could be attached too. but Dark________ it could not be, at least thatishow i see it.

well i think it was referring to the pokemon with dark in its name since the other cards has almost the same requirement as it is

PS: translations are not 100% correct
