Medicham Ex Vs. Slowking

Yesterday at a tournament we had a discusion of rulling.

Guy 1 had a Medicham Ex Active. Wise Aura Poke-body was active, so it negates pokepowers.
Guy 2 had 2 Slowking from Neo One (strange behaviour POKEMON POWER).

now, doues Wise aura negates Pokemon Powers and Poke-Powers?

If something negates Pokemon Powers, it negates both Poke-Powers and Poke-Bodies.

However, something that ONLY affects Poke-Powers will not affect Pokemon Powers.
