Anyone got some suggestions? I want to totally replace the voltorb line because its basically pointless and put something in there to stall while i power up t tar and dragonite.

TTar ex is a better choice than Dark TTar, so go w/ that instead. The Rainbows would be better than the Fighting, but it's getting rotated. GL w/ it!
