Smeargle (UF) in Rain/Saturation Deck

Forgive me if this has been seen before, or if I'm misguided... but multiple Makeovers can help heal more damage in it. And I think it can afford 1 or 2 slots to heal Quaggy even more. I know, many thinks can OHKO it, but I found a few Smeargles to really help out the deck. Thoughts and opinions?

To many Pokemo can do 80+ damage. And you can't base a deck around Quagsire.

I'm not too sure I understand.... let me see Quagsire from TRR heal whever you attatch [W] energy from hand. So using Smeargle and doing Makeover is attaching from discard pile (not hand), so ergo no healing on Quagsire...

Maybe I didn't understand, can you elaborate a bit...?

Daddiursa's right, Saturation only works when the Energy comes from your hand, so the combo won't work.
