Poké-Megaphone
Trainer
Pokémon Tool

Picture: There is a green megaphone taking up 3/4 of the frame. On the top of the megaphone there is a little picture of a Pokéball on it. You can see 3 red sound waves coming out of the mouth. The background is completely black. The picture is in Ueda style.

Attach Pokémon Megaphone to 1 of your Pokémon (excluding Pokémon that has Dark or an owner in its name) that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool attached to it. If the Pokémon Poké-Megaphone is attached to has Dark or owner in its name, discard Poké-Megaphone.

Between turns, you may search your deck for a Basic Pokémon and play it on to your Bench. Put 1 damage counter on it. If your Bench is full discard Poké-Megaphone. Shuffle your deck afterwards.

Strategies:
Ludicargo: You can attach this card to one of your Pokémon. Then you can get Pokémon out with this card. Then you bring up Ludicolo and do massive damage!!!

Gyarados[DS]: You attach this to one of your Pokémon and get out Magikarps and put 1 damage counter on it. Then you bring up Gyarados to do Full Retaliation. You can also use Venture Bomb to add some more damage to it.

Data Reciever(404)
Trainer Card(Pokemon Tool)

Attach Data Reciever(404) to 1 of your Pokémon (excluding Pokémon that has Dark or an owner in its name) that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool attached to it. If the Pokémon Data Reciever(404) is attached to has Dark or an owner in its name, discard Data Reciever(404).

Once during your turn(before your attack), you may discard Data Reciever(404). If you do, you and your opponent count the number of cards in eachother's hand, shuffle your hands into your decks, and draw the same number of cards that you counted. You can't use more than 1 Data Reciever(404) each turn.

Picture: A high-tech headphone-looking thing with data coursing through it. The background is the background on RG Porygon(which should tell you the artist).

Combos:
Energy Removal 2: Save all 4 in your hand, and let them loose before you Data Recieve to lower your opponent's new hand size.
Pokemon Reversal: Same as above
Pow! Hand Extension: When you're behind, same as above
Anything that can lower your hand size dramatically or increase your opponent's.

I found this in the Trading Post. I'd like to think he was talking about Pokemon cards, but there might be some other sort of trade going on here...
