ok, well i thought of this deck before US Nats, and before those Raichu decks became popular, so here it is.

2-1-2 Dragonite d

2-1-2 Ampharos (UF)

3-3 Raichu d

1-1 Golduck d

4 Holon Research Tower
1 Holon Lake
4 Celio's Network
4 RC
2 Energy Root
3 Transciever
1 Mentor
2 Lass
2 Adventurer
1 Scientist
1 Scott
1 Copycat

4 Metal Energy
12 Lightning Energy

Strategy: Use Dragonite to get the lighting energy. Ampharos moves the energy to the active, and Raichu is the main attacker so you discard 2 Lightning energy (Holon Research Tower) to do 90 damage.

i was gonna suggest running a holon engine but youve got a miniature one already in there
that deck looks alot like mine except i used gardevoir as my NRG rotator and flygon was my energy supplier for my kingdra
the only thing id sugest changing is lass to copycat, other than that the deck looks great.

Well, the thing is that this is for the DX-on format. The speed is ok because T2 decks will basically be obliterated, but im thinking abou what would be the metagame for the next format. It basically will be all Delta Species decks so that Kingdra will be a major problem.

Any other suggestions?

Just watch out because crystal guardians is all about closing poke powers down for good

Just be sure to not use Raichu's First Attack...will hurt you as well. Not that bad, good luck with it. :)

Lilgroudon: Golduck locks in the Stadium, what other cards will be shutting down powers?

i envy you! i play the same sort of thing but manetric ex instead of rai
but having to get 3 stage 2s seemed to take ages
since yours aparantly pwns so much can i kinda nick your trainers
