Vire can get energies back with its Power/Body (Can't remember which one....)
And Farmer isn't legal anymore... n00b

You're going to want to post translations for new cards that aren't released yet.

You're running rare candy in a deck that can't even use rare candy.

Basic

Thunder Rumble
Once during your turn (before your attack), when you attach Lightning Energy from your hand to Raikou, you may put 1 Damage Counter to one of your opponent's Pokémon.

lightning:lightning Thunder Climb 50+
Discard 3 cards from the top of your Deck. This attack does 50+ 10 Damage for each Lightning you Discarded. Then attach those Energies to one of your Pokémon.

Electrivire Lv. 50 HP100 :lightning

Motor Drive
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may search your deck for a Lightning Energy card and attach it to Electrivire. This power can't be used if Electrivire is affected to Special Condition.

colorless:colorless Discharge 50x
Discard all Lightning Energies attached to Electrivire. Flip a coin for each Lightning Enery you discarded. This attack does 50 Damage times the number of heads.

How do you power it up, other than manually? How does it even help the deck?
