how do u tell if a hidden legends card is reverse holo

They are not really reverse holos any more, I would simply call is a different kind of holo.

The "reverse" holos have a patters of the holo that shows energy symbols. For the rare cards there is an additional holo effect showing the actual energy type in the bottom half of the card (behind the attack text). I think it is a very nice effect.

The holos are basically holos, except that they lack the sparkly circles and have energy types in the background. Some of the cards also have the energy type in the middle of the card.
