== CHEERFUL VOICE (Ludicolo - PL:Platinum)

Q. Does Ludicolo's "Cheerful Voice" Poke-POWER work if the opponent switches or evolves their Active Pokemon during their turn?
A. Yes, it works. The effect of Cheerful Voice resides on Ludicolo, not on the Defending Pokémon. (Feb 12, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

== CHILLY BREATH (Glaceon Lv.X - DP:Majestic Dawn)

Q. If your opponent has an Active Glaceon Lv.X with the "Chilly Breath" Poke-BODY (prevents use of Poke-Powers), and you knock it out with Moltres' "Scorching Wing" attack (discard all Fire energy attached to Moltres), would you be allowed to use Heatran Lv.X's "Heat Wave" Poke-POWER to reattach up to two of those energy after the Glaceon Lv.X is KO'd?
A. Yes, you could use Heat Wave in this scenario. Glaceon Lv.X is Knocked Out by the attack during the turn, so Poke-POWERs would come back on before the end of the turn when Heat Wave is checked. (Feb 12, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

== ECTOPLASM (Dusknoir Lv.X - DP:Stormfront)

Q. What happens to Dusknoir Lv.X when it is KO'd by Giratina Lv.X's "Darkness Lost" attack? Does it go to the Lost Zone, or does "Ectoplasm" allow it to become a Stadium?
A. When Dusknoir Lv.X would be Knocked Out, it becomes a Stadium instead of being discarded. Since it is not going to the discard pile, it is not sent to the Lost Zone. (Feb 12, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

== HEAT WAVE (Heatran Lv.X - DP:Stormfront)

Q. If my opponent used Mesprit's "Psychic Bind" to shut off any Poke-POWERs used during my next turn, would I be able to use Heatran Lv.X's "Heat Wave" Poke-POWER since it happens "at the end of your turn"?
A. No, Psychic Bind covers the entirety of the opponent's next turn, including the end of the turn. (Feb 12, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

== INVISIBLE TENTACLES (Giratina Lv.X - PL:Platinum)

Q. If my Pokemon does "Smokescreen" on the previous turn and I also have Giratina Lv.X with the "Invisible Tentacles" Poke-BODY in play, when the opponent tries to attack do they have to discard a card for "Invisible Tentacles" even if the attempted attack is blocked by the "Smokescreen" effect?
A. Yes, the Invisible Tentacles Poke-BODY occurs regardless of whether the flip for Smokescreen is successful or not. (Feb 12, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

== PSYCHIC BIND (Mesprit - DP:Legends Awakened)

== SACRIFICE (Regigigas Lv.X's - DP:Stormfront)

Q. If I use Regigigas Lv.X's "Sacrifice" Poke-POWER to Knock Out one of my Pokemon with energy attached to it, may I attach some of that energy from the discard pile to Regigigas Lv.X for the second part of the "Sacrifice" Poke-POWER?
A. Yes, you can. (Feb 12, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

Q. For Regigigas Lv.X's "Sacrifice" Poke-POWER, do I have to attach at least one energy from the discard pile if there are any, or can I choose to attach no energy if I want?
A. It does not say "you may", so you must attach at least one energy if you are able. (Feb 12, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

== TEMPER TANTRUM (Banette - PL:Platinum)

Q. When using Banette's "Temper Tantrum" Poke-POWER, am I allowed to discard more than enough cards to knock out Banette if I want to?
A. Yes, you may. (Feb 12, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

----------------------------------------------------------------------

== BROKEN-SPACE BLOW (Giratina - PL:Platinum)

Q. If my Pokémon that has Unown-G attached to it is Knocked Out by my opponent's Giratina's "Broken-space Blow" attack or by my opponent's Giratina Lv.X's "Darkness Lost" attack, do I have to put the Pokémon in the Lost Zone?
A. No, the effect of going to the Lost Zone is prevented and you discard the KO'd Pokémon that had Unown-G attached. (Feb 12, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

== DARKNESS LOST (Giratina Lv.X - PL:Platinum)

== BROKEN TIME-SPACE (PL:Platinum)

Q. If the "Broken Time-Space" stadium is in effect, can I evolve a Pokemon on the same turn it comes into play? And what if the Pokemon comes into play first, and then I play the stadium?
A. Whenever "Broken Time-Space" is in play as a stadium you can evolve your Pokemon as much as you like, regardless of when it comes into play. (Feb 12, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

== LEVEL MAX (PL:Platinum)

Q. Can I use Level MAX to level up a Benched Pokemon?
A. Yes, you can. (Feb 12, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

Q. Can I use Level MAX on a Pokemon that I just put into play or evolved this turn?
A. Yes, you can. (Feb 12, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

== TEAM GALACTIC'S INVENTION G-101 ENERGY GAIN (PL:Platinum)

Q. Team Galactic's Invention G-101 Energy Gain reduces attacks' Energy costs by 1 Colorless Energy. What happens if the attack requires energy to be all of a particular color?
A. It only reduces a colorless energy cost; if the attack requires nothing but specific energy types, then there is no reduction. (Feb 12, 2009 PUI Rules Team)
